Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
The short version. Rabt is an early beta that reads your connected accounts read-only to show you a brief. Use it as a helpful summary, not as the system of record. It's provided as-is while we build, and you can stop using it and disconnect at any time.
1. The service
Rabt (“Rabt”, “we”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Rabt connects to accounts you authorise (email and optional business tools), reads them read-only, and generates a brief of what may need your attention. By using Rabt you agree to these terms.
2. Beta software
Rabt is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Briefs are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong — treat them as a starting point and verify anything important against the original source before acting on it.
3. Your accounts and responsibilities
- You must have the right to connect the accounts you link, and you are responsible for activity under your login.
- You agree not to misuse Rabt, attempt to break its security, or use it to access data you are not entitled to.
- You are responsible for your own business decisions — Rabt is an assistant, not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.
4. Your data
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You keep all rights to your data. You can disconnect any account and request deletion at any time.
5. Third-party services
When you connect a third-party account (Google, Microsoft, Zoho, QuickBooks, Salla, Shopify, Tap Payments, Tabby, Moyasar, MyFatoorah, Tamara, and others), your use of that service remains governed by that provider's own terms. Rabt is not responsible for third-party services.
6. No warranty
Rabt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that briefs are accurate, complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made in reliance on a brief.
8. Ending access
You can stop using Rabt at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or end access if the service is misused or to protect users or the service.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as Rabt evolves; the “last updated” date above will change. Questions: [support@yourdomain]. Governing law: [JURISDICTION].
Provided for the beta and not legal advice. Replace the bracketed placeholders and have these terms reviewed before a public launch.
